How long have you been in business?
Park City Hotels has been in business for about 2 years. Our owner is a Park City local working in the hospitality industry for over 10 years and knows the industry and the area very well.
What is your primary product or service?
Our primary product is hotel rooms and condos for guests visiting the Park City area. Our selection of lodging includes everything from luxury ski-in/ski-out properties to cozy studios in Old Town Park City. Our primary service is to assist our guests with every step of the way. Not only do we assist you with finding your lodging we can also assist with airport transportation, ski equipment rentals, lift tickets, and much more.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Our owner started out as most now Park City locals, as a frequent visitor who fell in love with Park City. Over 10 years ago he decided to move his family here and began renting out his condo as well as condos owned by other family members. Home owners started to hear about his wonderful management style as well as great feedback from guests staying in his condos so then asked if he could manage their property as well. After many years he found himself and his company managing over 90 homes and condos in Park City. About 10 years ago he decided to start working with the local hotels that he has gotten to know very well over the years and offer Park City visitors another type of lodging with the hotel room.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We offer knowledge and expertise of not only one hotel in Park City but all of them in one place. It is an easy one stop shop to learn about many options in Park City. This really beats hitting each and every one of the individual hotel websites. Again we don't just stop at lodging. We assist our guests with airport transportation, ski equipment rental, lift tickets, dinner reservations, and much more.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We just have our one office located right in the heart of Park City on Main Street.
