What do you do with your old computer? Will Data be safe if you format the hard drive - NO! There is only one way to ensure your data is perfectly safe- Destroy it before tossing it out or giving it away.
We offer a physical destruction service for computer hard drives in which we physically destroy the drive platters and Greencycle the rest.
We accept drives delivered by regular or certified mail, USPS, UPS, FedEx etc.
We will perform the destruction operations and provide as add-on options, a certificate of destruction and/or we can also return full or partial drive remnants by certified mail.
Our normal Hard Drive destruction procedure involves drilling the spindle out of the middle of the drive and then physically removing and cutting the disc/platters into multiple pieces. Any remnants are disposed of as environmentally friendly as possible, we call it Greencycling.
We can also accept larger non-standard drives or larger quantities on special order.

What is your primary product or service?
When disposing of your old computer - Ensuring Privacy Protection through physical destruction of Hard Drive Data- is the only way to prevent this - no amount of Formatting or erasing will work as securely as physically destroying the data - There is no other way.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Lily is the primary business owner- She is currently registering this company as a Minority Owned Business.
Lily became interested in this when her husband was trusted to properly dispose of hard drives from different companies he's done work for. This is an important and needed service for people and companies in all walks of life. John is the owner of his own IT Consulting business, Franklyn Computers.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
This is the only service we do- it is good for the peace of mind for everyone and we help keep the environment a little cleaner by recycling every part we can on the hard drives, right down to the rare earth magnets being donated to elementary schools or others.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
One large warehouse for better use of space and recycling- yes- we have no idea how large this can grow in 5 years but with hundreds of millions of drives out there needing to be removed from service there is no telling how much it can grow.

24x7 - but its driven around the arrival times of deliveries, UPS, USPS, FEDEX etc once they arrive, we go to work destroying drives- Our goal - same day destruction.
