14 Years in the contact center business.
What is your primary product or service?
We provide a high quality solution for answering call types of service and sales calls. With our hybrid work at home model we offer flexible employment for professionals looking to work from home or in an office.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We guarantee that our agents can out-perform our competitors when it comes to conversion or customer satisfaction. The type of agents we hire allows because of the culture we have created allows us to perform at a much higher level. We also have state of the art technology that provides our customers with real time information so they can analyze their business and make good decisions.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We currently have two locations in the Salt Lake Area. Our business is growing so we are looking to add a third location either north or more south of the greater Salt Lake area.

We are owned by our parent company Riverlake Partners. They are an investment company out of Portland, OR.
